- Toy Measurement: Toys are always measured stretched from top of toy to the bottom of the toy; therefore a toy in the sitting position that measures 6” high sitting; will measure 8” stretched from top to bottom and item description will indicate 8” toy.
- Shipping: $6.00(Z) drop ship each location and $5.00(Z)handling charge per box for direct bill shipping to customer shipping account.
Artwork Guidelines
- Vector artwork is preferred (.AI or .EPS)
- Convert fonts to outlines or send all fonts used
- Avoid fonts smaller than 10 point
- Specify desired imprint size, font and location(s)

Toy Safety
Our products comply with all U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) federal toy safety standard enacted by Congress in section 106 of 2008. The toy safety standard refers to ASTM F 963-11 and to ASTM F 963-07ε1 products for use by children under 14 years of age. Our toys are independently tested safe for all ages. Every order ships with a Certificate of Conformity OR Independent Product Safety Test Report.
Stock Toys
Minimum Order Requirement
No minimum order quantity for toys ordered blank. A 100 piece minimum on imprinted orders or less than minimum fee will apply.
Production Time
Standard production time is 10 business days from artowrk approval. Rush services are available for orders needed in less than 10 business days. Production times are average and subject to change according to market conditions.
Additional Charges
- Initial Set-up: Per location One Color SET UP CHARGE $53.33 (U). Full Color SET UP CHARGE $93.33 (U).
- Reorder Set-up: Exact repeat artwork one color or full color $31.25 (V).
- Print Run: One color run charge $0.67 (U). Full Color run charge $1.15 (S) to $2.50 (P) dependent on size of imprint area.
- Proof: FREE Virtual, Physical Production Printed Proof sampling charge $100 (P), excluding shipping.
- PMS Match: PMS matching service is available for $8.50 (R)
- Samples: Up to 3 FREE samples under 12” size with customer shipping number.
Custom Toys
Minimum Order Requirement
Size, complexity and fabric requirements of the toy drives minimum order. Email character photo, desired size and additional details to info@artistictoy.com to recieve a price quote within 24 hours.
Production Time
Standard production time for custom toys by sea is 90-120 days from final approved sample. Rush services available for orders needed in less than 90 days via air freight. Production times are average and subject to change according to market conditions.
Additional Charges
- Set-up: Toys can be created from a concept drawing or existing toy. An original concept creation is a $1,000 (T) set-up cost whereas existing toy set-up costs is $500 (T). Original concept design work is done by our U.S. design team and takes approximately 1 week to complete. Existing toy modification is done by our Factory design team and takes approximately 2 weeks to complete.
- Shipping: Direct factory shipping options available via Air and Sea depending on size of order. Quote upon request. Send receiving requirements for palletizing and shrink wrap for quotation.
Credit Policy
New customers with orders valued over $5,000 (P) may apply for credit terms; otherwise payment due on or before product shipment date. Customers with approved terms must pay by check. We accept all major credit cards for payments due on or before shipment.
Returns authorized within 90 days of order placement along with restocking fees.
