Artistic Toy Imprint Methods:

Artistic Toy uses heat transfer and screen print transfer methods for imprinting accessories.

We have the capabilities of producing one color or full color imprint onto a variety of fabrics. Please be aware there are limitations in printing highly detailed logos in a small area. Some logos and fonts with lines very close to one another maybe filled in by the ink.

Artwork Guidelines

Artwork File Information

• Send vector file in .eps or .ai.
• Vector images in CMYK color.
• If using specific PMS Color, include PMS# and CMYK breakdown with artwork.

Imprinting Guidelines

• Minimum Line Thickness / Small Printing Area: To ensure fine details in your image print clearly make sure the smallest areas are at least as thick as the minimum print tolerance.
  • 1 point or 0.014 of an inch

• Non-Printing / Show-Through Areas / Negative Space: To prevent small areas where the garment color shows through from closing or filling in make sure those open areas are at least 2 points thick.
  • 2 point or 0.028 of an inch

• Initial Set-up: Per location one color set up charge $53.33 (U). Full color set up charge $93.33(U).
• Reorder Set-up: Exact repeat artwork one color or full color $31.25 (V).
• Print Run: One color run charge $0.67 (U). Full color run charge $1.15 (S) to $2.50(P) dependent on size of imprint area.
• Proof: FREE Virtual, Physical Production Printed Proof sampling charge $100(P), excluding shipping.
• PMS Match: PMS matching service is available for $58.50(R).
